Family Groups are run on Monday evenings. These psychoeducational group sessions aim to guide families in problem solving family challenges such as discipline issues, stress management, budgeting, bonding, co-parenting and blended families, etc. with a goal of creating healthier functioning home environments for parents and children alike.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, Family Centre is able to offer Family Group workshops at no cost to participants.
Check this page frequently to see the latest Family Group offerings. Click on each flyer to see workshop details.
Please contact Tana, Cherise or Ashleigh at 232-1116 to register for Family Groups or to learn more.

Parent-Teen Connect: “I learned how to have open communication, listen attentively and use time with my children for having fun and teaching values. I also learned to check my own feelings first.”
Co-Parenting and Blended Families: “I learned about communication with the other parent and the importance of being respectful to the other parent. I would like to come back for more groups as this was very informative.”
